Attention: Non-Fiction Authors

Learn how to successfully market and sell your new book, enjoy multiple revenue streams and create a steady flow of money into your bank account . . .

Best part - You'll have someone who has done it with you every step of the way to make sure you don't make rookie mistakes that can cost you thousands of dollars and end your chance for success as an author.

Congratulations, your an author. Writing and pubishing a book is a major undertaking and you have every right to be proud of your accomplishment.

However, and you've most likely figured this out by now, successfully marketing and selling your new book is, as they say, "a horse of a different color."

With somewhere upwards of 500,000 books entering the marketplace each year (some are predicting a million), it is becoming increasingly difficult to achieve financial success as author. For reference, in 1996, that figure was 75,000.

In the 14 years I've been in the publishing industry, I've seen way too many aspiring authors give up on their book and go back to whatever they were doing before.

This saddens me since I've been fortunate to have enjoyed the pleasures that come from achieving success and I know you can too.

The important thing to understand is (authors hate to hear this) it's not just about the book. Sure a good or even great book is important as is the title and cover, however, beyond that it's all about promotion, publicity, marketing and sales.

If you get those wrong it doesn't matter how good your books is; no one will ever know about it aside from your friends and family. And I'm guessing you're interested in more success than that.

I'm betting you're on a mission and are passionaite about getting your mesage to as many people as possible. I know I am.

Most of us writing non-fiction are doing it form reason that go beyond fame and fortune but make no mistake about it, if you're not selling books, you're not fulfilling your mission of reaching the people who need to hear your message.

Why work with me?

Most importantly, I'm an author, just like you.

When I published my first book in 1996, I knew less than nothing about publishing and even less about selling books. I knew I had written a book people liked, having had enough feedback to confirm this, but that's about all.

I had a basic idea as to how to get the material made into a book so I jumped in with both feet. When I realized what I did not know, I quickly became a student of publishing, reading everything I could find about how to publish and sell books and became involved with the small press community, a great group, of which I am still an active member and considered an authority.

That original book, "Handbook to a Happier Life," sold out seven printings, totaling in sales of more than 100,000 copies in the US. I sold the Spanish, Japanese and Korean rights and received cash advances. I then published my second book, "This is Your Life, Not a Dress Rehearsal." I was well on my way.

To date I've written a total of 8 books. My first two have sold over 500,000 copies and are published in 22 countries and, from them, I have created a business that provides me with multiple streams of income and a lifestyle beyond anything I had ever imagined.

What this means to you

What this all means to you is that because I have been through the entire process I have learned what works and what doesn't, making me well qualified to help you achieve your goals. And I have been coaching private clients since 1999.

Some of the benefits of working with me include:

- Having someone by your side throughout your journey making sure you're on track.

- Help to identify your ideal reader and create a cost effective plan to reach them.

- Help mapping out your social media and publicity plans. Social media has become an authors "secret weapon" in marketing their books.

- How to design and launch an "Amazon" campaign to bring attentino to your book. You've seen them done but how can you do it without spending a fortune?

- Access to my knowledge and 14 years of experience in book marketing.

- Someone to help you identify multiple markets for your specific book and create strategies to reach them.

- Help to explore the special sales opportunities for selling your book, including premiums and foreign rights. This represents a huge potential for profit.

- Developing additional revenue sources, based on your book's subject matter. These may include additional products, seminars, consulting, and more.

- Working with you to identify the various sales outlets for your book and it's content. With the rapidly changing publishing landscape, having your book available in all possible formats and through all channels is crucial to your lasting success.

I've made the mistakes so you don't have to

When I first began, I wasted a lot of money on products and services that were not right for me. There are many, many resources available to help the new author and publisher succeed, but not every service is right for every book.

Here are the results some of my former clients enjoyed:

• One client saved almost $6,000 from a single session.

• Another realized she was about to throw away $18,000 for a marketing scheme that would not even break even much less make money.

• In one session, a client and I brainstormed an idea to launch his book in more than 25 cities simultaneously, selling thousands of copies right away.

• A children's author I helped, reached #7 on the New York Times Bestseller list.

• One client has a negotiation with a major drug retailer.

• Another client made a deal for 10,000 books to a single customer.

• One put together a deal with a single customer that resulted in more than $90,000 in revenue in a single year. And it continues year after year.

• Several clients opened new markets they had not even thought about before working with me.

• One publisher salvaged what they thought was dead inventory and found a new outlet for her products, earning thousands of extra dollars.

• During one session, a client and I uncovered a sales outlet that will produce nearly $100,000 in revenue for them annually.
