Getting the most from your people and yourself

Utilizing some of the most effective information, tools and methodology from the fields of human performance and quantum physics we'll examine how to create more effective and productive work groups, tapping the individual's potential to achieve extraordinary results.

Some of what participants will learn includes:

Success strategies & beliefs – Participants will be able to better understand how our beliefs affect our outcomes. They will learn how to identify limiting beliefs that are blocking their progress. They will learn ways to create new, more resourceful beliefs, giving them the ability to tap into more of their potential, thereby, producing greater results.

Vision – Participants will create a "Focus Plan" vision for their organization and learn how to have their subordinates first, buy into the overall vision and then, create their own vision that is in alignment with the organizational goals. From the Focus Plan, participants will establish specific measurable goals and learn how to coach their subordinates to move them from where they are toward the desired outcomes. This will result in a significant increase in individual and group performance and increased productivity.

Values – Participants will know how to determine how values drive behavior. They will be able to identify high driving values and to identify their unique hierarchy of values. Knowing this will enable them to motivate themselves and subordinates to achieve peak performance and increase the group's output by matching tasks to the individual's high driver values. This will result in increased productivity, a more integrated workforce, and a better aligned team.

Participants will learn a powerful belief shifting technique which will enable them to grow their people higher and faster than ever before. Everyone on the team will be in alignment and agreement with the overall vision and be rapidly moving toward its achievement.

Strategies – Participants will know how to implement a powerful process which will empower individuals to employ value finding strategies, enabling them to leverage their actions to produce greater results, adding more value to their work and increasing productivity. Team meetings will become better focused and more productive.

Participants will know how to better manage their actions and distinguish between activity and results. They will learn specific strategies to create peak states enabling them to take focused, inspired action. This results in quantum leaps in productivity and produces extraordinary results.
