that’s exactly what it means to take FULL responsibility for your emotional state. A lot of people are not willing to do that… It’s kind of funny how easy it is to program a human mind for success, if you stop and actually DO the kind of things you talk about in this video.
By the way, another great thing I learned from Brian is to start every day with 8 eggs and juice. Great guy indeed!

Thanks for your comment, Carlos. I never heard the 8 eggs idea before. Maybe 8 egg whites? Eight whole eggs seems like a lot of fat. He did talk about eating 2 apples, first thing in the morning, as a way to stay healthy. But you’re right, people have to become willing to own their life. Many people don’t realize that, once you take responsibility, you have the power to change things. That’s a small but powerful distinction.
